My background is in software engineering and driving positive customer experiences. As a skilled strategist, I have created and managed projects to improve operational productivity, revenue generation, and reduce costs across small and large organizations. I lead with high Emotional Intelligence, focusing on developing individuals’ skills and creating an engaging, autonomous work environment for my teams.
Over 20+ years of customer-facing experience, working with customers in 30+ countries, I have developed a diverse understanding of cultural expectations and business processes. I use this expansive experience to create and design customer journey’s that delight and make life easier for the people we sell to. I spend my time writing and consulting on how to improve CX in a variety of industries, including e-commerce, SaaS, fintech and health care.
