Kim Clark is an experienced leader of revenue growth, innovation and profitability in the consumer products and retail market. She currently holds the position of Vice President, Lottery & Customer Success at OLG where she is accountable for the $4.4 billion lottery P&L with a portfolio spanning 4 lines of business and dozens of products. Additionally, she runs the Lottery Innovation lab and the enterprise-wide Customer Strategy, Insights & Experience practice.
Previously at OLG, she held the positions of VP, Digital Experience and VP, Product Management and has been a key leader in establishing OLG’s transition of digital platforms, web and apps, data optimization and various strategies and applications to transform the customer experience.
Kim is passionate about creating great customer journeys and has worked in various strategic leadership capacities some of the most well-known and regarded Tier 1 brands in both the private and public sectors. Playing a key leadership role in the legalization and launch of cannabis in Ontario, she designed the wholesale operations and supported the launch of e-commerce and customer education and marketing at the Ontario Cannabis Store; led the integration of the e-commerce channel and transformation strategy for content at LCBO, and led the brand reinvention for Rexall resulting in its $3B sale.
